RAW Hit List (15-08-11)

OKAY! Let's try things a little differently, I know this is a day or two later than it should have posted but I promise you that the posts will be up faster, so stay tuned. For those of you that didn't tune into Monday Night RAW this week (and for the ones who did), I'm going to provide you with the Hit List!

*RAW HITS*

- Destiny Fullfilled: The show opened with Triple H introducing Alberto Del Rio as the undisputed WWE Champion.

- The Miz is Subway: The Miz cut a promo against the Subway Guy (You know, that fat guy who ate a load of Subways and managed to lose a tonne of weight- big props) which was entertaining. The Miz has prooven himself as entertaining. I've said it, I didn't buy him much as the most must see WWE Champion of all-time but he's worth keeping an eye on. The Miz ended up doing a Subway plug and selling to the crowd, and stating tha t the only reason Subway chicken was trending at the moment was because of him, because He's The Miz, and He's AWESOME!

-"OMG. Kevin Nash. WTF. Thought he was dead. LOL": The segment between Kevin Nash and CM Punk was the best thing that happened on the show, and once again CM Punk proves that he has the ability to verbally abuse whomever he chooses. Nash came out and said that he received a text from a friend, telling him to stick the winner for him. And when Nash's friend tells him to do something, he does it. Nothing personal, just business. CM Punk's music hits and one of the many ways Punk get's him is by telling him that if a friend were to tell him to jump off a bridge would you do it? Because that would be good for business. Words won't do this promo justice, so here it is just incase you didn't see it:

*RAW MISSES*

- Stephanie McMahon: Really hoping to see her on screen for more than 30 seconds, for obvious reasons. However I'm making a prediction that she was the one who sent Kevin Nash the text message to 'stick the winner'. Time will tell.

- John Morrison: Picked up a win against R-Truth, the match that should have been on PPV and ended the rivalry. Really hoping to see R-Truth in another feud soon and also hoping that John Morrison would imrpove his mic skills, we can all hope.

- Jack 'lack of' Swagger: Picked up a win against Alex Riley. Can't stand Jack 'lack of Swagger. Alex Riley IMO should have got the win, to keep the momentum going in his favour. To make matters worse, after the match Swagger kisses up to Vickie Guerrero and tells her that there have been managers in the past who have managed multiple clientele at the same time, and maybe she shold expand her roster. Fair dues, Vickie can draw some nice heat, but pairing her up with Jack 'lack of' Swagger.. if this actually happens, I might actually just do a article on how badly that would suck. But on the plus side of things if Dolph Ziggler is able to drop her as a manager (which is the way it seems to be going at the moment), I would be grateful. That would be.. PERFECTION /-)

Other News:

- The leftover's of a once powerful Nexus, Tag Team Champions; David Otunga & Michael McGuillacuty lost a tag team contest to Evan Bourne and Kofi Kingston who are making it apparent that they are gunning for the Tag Team Championships.

- Kelly Kelly and Eve Torres picked up a win against the Bella Twins and were then confronted with a stare down from D.O.D. from the top of the stage. Predicting that it's only a matter of time before Beth or Natalya, take the Divas Championship away from Kelly Kelly.

- A frustrated John Cena makes the save for Rey Mysterio. After retaining the WWE Championship, Alberto Del Rio refuses to break his submission hold and John Cena runs down to beat on Alberto. John Cena is pissed. CM Punk came out earlier and stated that theres a lot of people that he should be pissed off at right now, but Alberto Del Rio was not one of them, because he did what anyone would have done, and picked his spots. John Cena however came out and shouted his head off on the mic, proclaiming the Alberto Del Rio is no champion, and that now everyone he knows is his enemy, because Alberto is a target. Cena said that Alberto  got lucky. And that one day, he would have to defend his championship and if it was against him, John Cena, then Alberto's destiny was John Cena whipping his ass! It was like a kid throwing a tantrum becuase he lost his toy, and it's a type of thing that you wouldn't expect from Cena. You'd expect him to com out, cut a promo about how what happened happened, and he's not making excuses but he's moving forward. What he did just there was the complete opposite. Using words like "Bullshit!".. Really Cena? Think about the CHILDREN!
